tela club is a social music journal for sharing albums, writing reviews, building collections, joining clubs, and discovering what friends and other music lovers are listening to.

How to contact us for support

For help with your account, access, recommendations, clubs, reviews, or anything else on tela, email us at thetelaclub@gmail.com. Include your username, the email address linked to your account, and a short description of what you need help with.

How to report a problem

If something is not working as expected, email thetelaclub@gmail.com with the page you were on, what happened, and what device or browser you were using. Screenshots are helpful if you have them.

How to report inappropriate content

If you see a review, comment, profile, club, or post that is not in line with the tela club community, please use the report form. Include the username, where you saw the content, and what concerned you so we can review it.

How to delete your account

To delete your tela account, sign in and go to account settings. Use the delete account button and confirm the prompt. Account deletion is permanent, so only continue when you are sure.
